Our Mission

What We Do

Kingdom Warrior Athletics is Semi-Private Fitness Training and Nutrition Coaching with a Biblical perspective.  We believe in the importance of stewarding our image bearing bodies by caring for our physical and spiritual strength within a community setting.  Whether it's in the gym, at a meal, or during a Bible Study, we are committed to helping individuals steward their bodies both physically and spiritually for the glory of God.

"Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God"  - 1Corinthians 10:31

What is a
Kingdom Warrior?

A Kingdom Warrior understands that their body is made in the image of God and is not their own.  As it says in 1Corinthians 6:19-20 "19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?  20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's"

In response to that understanding, a Kingdom Warrior is disciplined in taking care of their physical body.  What they do with their bodies and what they put in there bodies comes with careful consideration of how it does or does not honor God.  They discipline their spiritual body through consistent prayer, fasting, and the reading of the Word of God.  They are physically strong and spiritually stronger.

Discipline

"24 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one recieves the prize?  Run in such as way that you may obtain it.... 26 Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty.  Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air.  27 But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest,... I myself should become disqualified."

~ 1Corinthians 9: 24, 26-27
